Main kitchen and island

The kitchen combines light wood, dark upper modules, stainless steel appliances and stone surfaces with pronounced veining. The central island, wine storage and integrated cabinetry reinforce a modern, functional space connected to the rest of the home.

Bar, coffee station and pantry

The bar, coffee station and pantry support everyday routines with custom cabinetry, wine storage, open shelves and organized storage. They are secondary pieces, but they keep the same language of wood, neutral tones and dark details.

Bathrooms and vanity

The bathrooms integrate floating vanities, light counters, vessel sinks, rounded mirrors and dark contrasts. The visual connection with the garden softens the palette and reinforces the project's tropical character.

TV room

The TV room introduces a dark textured wall panel that gives the space a stronger architectural presence. The contrast with wood and neutral surfaces shows a more restrained and graphic side of the project.

Modular walk-in closet

The walk-in closet is designed as an open modular system with shelves, divisions and vertical storage. Its light and clean design keeps a minimal, orderly expression.

Wood and glass display cabinet

The display cabinet combines a wood structure and glass doors to create a more delicate exhibition piece. It is an important detail for showing carpentry precision and material integration.

Laundry

The laundry area solves a compact service space with upper and lower wood modules. Although it is a service area, it keeps the same finish standard as the rest of the home.

Hallways and dark doors

The hallways use dark doors and panels that contrast with light walls and create a more graphic visual rhythm. This language connects with the TV room and adds architectural character.

Bedroom and terrace

The bedroom and terrace show the continuity of the minimal language and the relationship with the garden. Wood, neutral tones and nearby vegetation help maintain a warm and calm feeling.

Outdoor kitchen

The outdoor kitchen extends the home's social use and maintains the link between functional cabinetry, durable surfaces and openness toward the landscape.
